No. Most insurance companies write their own estimate anyway.

No. Under Oregon law, the body shop you take your vehicle to is completely up to you! 

Does Gladstone Auto Body guarantee the repair work they do?
Yes, just ask for a copy of our warranty. 

What if the repairs cost more than the original estimate - do I have to pay the difference?
If you are going through an insurance company and we find additional damage or missed parts, we notify that insurance company for a supplement. This is paid by them directly to us.
